A Trip To Brighton Then Hampton Court
In between our recent trip to Toronto and our upcoming trip to Norway, we managed to squeeze in a day in Brighton (29th May) and then a day at Hampton Court (30th May).
We train’ed to Brighton, and on arrival we had a nice walk from the train station into the main part of the town, trying to find our way to the Brighton Pavilion. We found the town/city of Brighton quite vibrant and alive with people, shops and things to do.
We did find the Pavilion and paid £10 each for the entry, which turned out to be worth every penny. For those who’ve been to the Pavilion, you know what we mean, for those that haven’t, you’ll need to go to understand.
The big pain was that we weren’t allowed to take any photos anywhere inside, so I’m afraid all we have is some from the outside, and some of Brighton itself. If you want to see them, then CLICK HERE and HERE to go to the Gallery page, or nowadays, you can also just go to the Galleries page in the menu, and select whichever one you want.
The highlight of the day was the main banquet hall, which is where the magnificent dragons live!
